Events

Tonight we'll be experimenting with devising a dance as a group using selected formations.  We'll use it as an opportunity to talk about how dances are constructed, what makes them work, and what makes them fun...and hopefully have some fun.  We'll also review Fàilte Ball dances on request as time permits.

Janet will be teaching a selection of Scottish country dances for one or two people and ghosts, and sometimes a chair, stuffed animal, or broom. Classes will include a review of relevant footwork and formations.

A camel may be said to be a horse designed by a committee so let's see what we can create in an evening. We'll use breakout rooms to devise a dance or two in small groups. We can try out the dances next week.
