In celebration of our 50th anniversary as a branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society will host a Semicentennial Ball, featuring music by fiddler Ali McC, from Ayr Scotland and pianist/accordionist Tom Pixton, of Boston. The ball will be preceded by a banquet, during which we plan to offer some toasts, recognitions, and a history display. There will be a silent auction, and there will also be a cash bar and some additional surprises. The weekend will also include a house concert by Alistair and Tom on Sunday afternoon.
