We're not used to moving our hips much as Scottish country dancers, so get ready to discover some muscles you may have forgotten you have! Branch member and guest instructor Katrina Dam offer a class building on the one offered in November. A recording of the first class is available for anyone who wants to review before this one (contact info [at] rscds-twincities.org for the link).
Katrina says: Bellydancing is for all ages and all genders! Wear loose, comfortable clothing and if possible, find a scarf or sash (tartan optional) to tie around your hips.
